With Thanksgiving right around the corner I have been making a large list of all of the recipes I want to test before the big day arrives. Appetizers, new stuffing ideas, what kind of cocktail, go traditional on dessert or try something new?
A few weeks ago I worked with The Table by New Seasons Market on their Thanksgiving post, "A Feast for All" where they provide you with healthy alternatives to Thanksgiving side dishes. The results? Absolutely delicious. Now as a girl who loves stuffing, I truly find it the best part of the meal, I was a little skeptical. But I have to admit, between the sweet potatoes, squash, and sausage I definitely wasn't missing anything. This stuffing was packed with flavor and texture. The vegan green bean casserole was creamy and crunchy! Just perfect in my opinion. And let's not forget about the Creme Fraiche Yam Whips, I have made them 3 times since the shoot.
