From earlier this weeks Ground + Green Pt. 1 blog post, I’m excited to share with you the photos from our dinner!
For this dinner I collaborated with some of my favorite Portland makers to create this unique experience:
Rejuvenation for the cool string lights + colorful chairs
Ashley Hardy for making the coolest ceramics that we used for dinner
Fieldwork flowers for your beautiful goods
Camille Shu for being a true artist and making our beautiful banners
Stumptown Coffee for the best coffee
And to my good friends at Submarine Hospitality for making all the great food + drinks
Many thanks to Health-Ade for all of the kombucha!
The menu was written by Chef Joshua McFadden of Ava Gene’s and the author of Six Seasons: A New Way With Vegetables in collaboration with Andrea Bemis, Farmer and author of Dishing Up the Dirt: Simple Recipes for Cooking Through the Seasons. Both books in which I had the privilege of food and prop styling. Love these two!
