I am exhausted. Hudson had three teeth come in this week. Last night was not fun. And its true, the less sleep you have, the harder it is to eat healthy. So this morning I needed to have something that would take care of my "I'm too tired for healthy" thinking, but would actually be healthy and give me some energry.
Frozen banana. Peanut butter. Almond milk. Chia seeds. Flax seeds. Honey. Raw Oats. Blended.
Now that I have my drink and Hudson is sleeping. I am going to sit here and catch up on my magazines, recipe research and online shopping for new bedding.
Yesterday we bought a new king bed, I feel like such an adult! I can't wait to pick out new bedding. Part of me is thinking all white, although I am obviously worried about the white factor with two kids, a cat and a dog. Do you have white bedding? Are you able to keep it white?
Oh, Happy Saint Patrick's Day weekend by the way! We will be having guests stay with us through the weekend. I can't wait to show them around our little town, make a big Irish dinner, and roast marshmellows over the fire pit.
