Oh Friday, I was so looking forward to you and now, ugh. Hudson and I both have a bad cold so we canceled our plans of heading to Portland for the next 4 days. We will be taking it easy and hopefully doing lots of sleeping (I should probably not count on that, but it would be nice). It's weird, because clearly being sick is not fun, but at the same time its this forced relaxation that I kind of needed.
This morning we made this Turmeric + Honey Super Booster. I drank mine with some hot water, while Hudson had his on some toast. But you can also just take a teaspoon of it daily, which is what I normally do. For breakfast, we juiced! Plums, pears, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, some mint and a few leaves of kale. This juice was sweet and delicious! Note, the grapes have a distinct flavor, that I loved. Why have I not juiced grapes before!
