Orange Carrot Smoothie with Turmeric and Toasted Coconut serves 2
2 cup fresh Orange juice 1 apple, cored and diced 1 carrot, diced 2 slices fresh turmeric 2 slices fresh ginger 1 cup fresh coconut water 1 lime, zest 1 pinch grated coconut, toasted
Add orange juice, apple, carrot, tumeric, ginger and coconut water to vitamix. Turn blender on medium and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses and top with toasted coconut and fresh lime zest.
