1 large melon (such as honeydew or cantaloupe)
1 tablespoon flaky salt
1 tablespoon smoky salt
1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
1 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns
1 teaspoon sumac
Lime juice instead of lemon
½ teaspoon chili powder
Mix salts and spices into a small bowl.
Seed, and cut melons into slices, arranging on a serving platter. Squeeze lemon juice over melons. Sprinkle salt and spice mix over melons and serve.
