9 minutes

Last Saturday the sun was out and it was perfect. It was definetly a day to be outside. The kids needed it. The dog needed it. I needed it.

After we woke up I made this smoothie with a few changes to the recipe, using 2 kiwi's instead of 1 and adding whey protein along with chia seeds.


We drove up the road and in 9 minutes arrived at a pretty awesome hiking trail. 9 minutes, that is all it takes for us to drive to a trail to hike another 13 minutes to find a waterfall. This is why I love it here.
